"Every Vessel is custom-created specifically for your order. Because of this deliberate process, we can only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection."
