OVERVIEW Welcome to Earth Is My Space Ship! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Earth Is My Space Ship. We operate this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Earth Is My Space Ship is powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS Every effort is made to represent our Vessels accurately. However, colors and appearance may differ based on your device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of products will meet your expectations perfectly, as each is an artisanal piece. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline any order. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your transactions and reach you as needed.

SECTION 5 - DEPLOYMENT & TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY While we strive for the speed of light, all delivery windows are estimates. Earth Is My Space Ship cannot be held liable for delays caused by atmospheric conditions (weather), customs processing, or postal carrier logistics that fall outside our direct orbit. Once a Vessel is deployed and the tracking signature is generated, the responsibility for the journey transitions to the carrier. However, our crew is always here to assist should a navigation error occur.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, brands, text, and "Vessel" designs are owned by Earth Is My Space Ship. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our material without prior written consent. The "Decade of Deliberation" and all related imagery are protected property.

SECTION 7 TO 13 - USAGE & THIRD PARTIES We are not responsible for third-party tools or links. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including the transmission of malware or the infringement of intellectual property. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of service.

SECTION 14 TO 17 - LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent of the law, Earth Is My Space Ship shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 18 TO 22 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Earth Is My Space Ship is headquartered (London, UK). If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
